Questions we get most often
If yours isn't here, drop us a message and we'll add the answer.
How much revenue can one machine actually generate?
Depends on the machine, the venue and the placement. Sport-and-action machines (Soccer Pro, Power Punch) in busy pubs earn the most; redemption machines in cafés earn less. Ask us to run the numbers for your specific venue.
Do you charge for delivery and installation?
No, delivery, installation, staff briefing and marketing pack are all included on every placement, whether it's a purchase, lease or revenue share.
What happens if a machine breaks down?
Call the engineer number above. 4-hour response time within the M25, next-working-day outside. Most faults are resolved on the first visit; anything more complex gets a swap machine so your floor doesn't lose earnings.
Can I choose which machines go in my venue?
Yes. We start every placement with a free site visit, we recommend a machine mix based on your footfall, audience and space, but the final call is yours. We don't force stock into venues.
Do I need a licence to run an arcade machine?
Depends on the machine type. Most sport-and-action, kiddie rides and redemption machines don't require a gambling licence. If you're looking at anything that gives cash prizes, we'll walk you through the licensing before we install.
Are your machines PAT tested and insured?
Yes, every machine is PAT tested before dispatch and re-tested annually. Full public and product liability insurance included on every install.
Do you buy old machines?
Yes, we buy well-loved cabinets on our Sell Your Machine page. If you're clearing an old fleet, get in touch and we'll come and look.
What's the difference between hire, lease and revenue share?
Hire = short-term, event-based. Lease = 12+ months, fixed monthly fee, you keep 100% of takings. Revenue share = we place the machine free and take a 50/50 profit share on the takings, and we handle everything else. Every quote is priced for your venue, so get in touch for figures. See our How It Works page for the full breakdown.
How quickly can you install?
Standard lead time is 3-5 working days from confirmed order to install. Bespoke or restored machines (branded vending, classics) can take longer, quoted per project.
Can't find what you need?
Tell us the question, we'll answer it directly and add it to this page so the next venue owner doesn't have to ask.
