How we collect, use and protect your personal data.

Who we are

This website is operated by Pure Interactive Systems, supplier of commercial arcade machines to UK venues. Pure Interactive Systems is a trading name of Pure Foods Systems Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 03217647. What we collect

When you fill in a quote or contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, venue name, the machine and commercial model you are interested in, and your message. If you accept advertising cookies, the Google Ads tag records when a visitor who clicked one of our adverts goes on to send an enquiry.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote for your venue.
  • To arrange surveys, deliveries, installs and service visits.
  • To keep records of our commercial relationship with you.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, only where you have consented to marketing cookies.

We do not sell your data. Enquiry details are emailed to our sales team and stored in our secure website database so nothing gets lost.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest and steps towards a contract (you asked us to quote). Analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via our cookie policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while we are actively dealing with you, and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these rights, email sales@purefoodssystems.co.uk or call 07540 723 494.

Third parties

Form submissions are delivered via Web3Forms (our form email provider) and stored in our website database. With your consent, the Google Ads tag measures enquiries that come from our adverts (conversion tracking). Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.
